Sex Therapy
Welcome to Doing It Podcast: Deep Dives, where we get unapologetically nerdy about sex! Over this season, we’ll be exploring some of the biggest taboos that impact our relationship with sex, our bodies, and the people in our lives.
Our first episode is all about sex therapy! What actually is it? Why do people choose to go to sex therapy and what happens when you sit down on a sex therapist's couch? Let's deep dive into how sex therapy can transform people's confidence, why we're all so bad at talking about sex, and if sex therapy is inclusive for everyone. Join me, Hannah Witton, as we investigate with the help of psychosexual psychotherapist Silva Neves, writer Emma-Louise Boynton, and sexological body worker Jessica Parker.
