Sensuality, Coming Out as Non-Binary and Re-Evaluating Our Relationships with Ev'Yan Whitney
In this episode, Hannah is joined by Ev'Yan Whitney, who is a sexuality doula and sex educator. Hannah and Ev'Yan jump around so many interesting topics this week, including sensuality: what is it? How do you incorporate it into your sex life and life in general? Why do we often neglect our sensuality? They talk about Ev'Yon's a new book, Sensual Self, which comes out later this year, and the relaunch of their podcast also called Sensual Self. Hannah and Ev'Yan also talk about breath and working on the relationship that you have with your body, and Ev'Yan talks about her experience of living apart together with her partner, and how to nourish individuality in a relationship. Finally, Hannah and Ev'Yan chat about about gender and Ev'Yan's experience of coming out as non binary and exploring their gender during lockdown.
